SHIPPING POLICY

Ready-to-Ship Items -

All ready-to-ship pieces will be processed and mailed within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Custom Name Smocks -
These special pieces are made-to-order and take approximately 10 to 12 weeks to complete, starting from the date the pre-order closes.

Pre-Order Items -
Estimated delivery timeframes are noted on each individual product page and may vary by item.

Please keep in mind that all production times are estimates provided by our manufacturer and may shift due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as your heirloom pieces are lovingly crafted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, tags attached, and unworn and unwashed.

Approved returns will be issued as shop credit only, delivered via email.

Please note:

Reported issues must be returned within 7 business days of approval. After this window, items are no longer eligible.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
